Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with the items you buy from us. But we understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel your order, in which case you can do so on the following terms:

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time from the moment you place your order, and up to 7 working days from the day on which you receive the items you ordered.

To do so, simply give us written notice either by email to or by post to us at:

We ask that you also set out the reason for the cancellation. In particular, if the item is faulty or damaged, please give us the details including an image if possible.

You will then have to return the item to us in accordance with the terms set out in the section below ‘How To Return Items To Us’ 

Once your cancellation request has been received, we will formally acknowledge it, and may make contact with you to suggest or offer an exchange for another item (dependant on stock availability).

If you agree to an exchange of items, we will reach agreement with you on the price difference if any. 

We will then ask you to return the item to us in accordance with the terms set out in the section below ‘How To Return Items To Us’

How To Return Items To Us:
After you have notified us of your intention to cancel or exchange the item, you must return the item to us in its original undamaged condition at:

Unless the item was faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

We recommend that you insure the item(s) when you send them back to us since you will also be liable for any loss or damage to them until we receive them.

We must receive the returned item within 28 days of your notification to us that you wish to cancel your order.

If we receive the item after that 28-day period, we are not obligated to give you an actual refund, but may instead (in our discretion) offer you a purchase credit to the value of your original purchase less 10%.

In the event that the item is faulty or damaged when we receive it, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount, though we may offer you a purchase credit to an amount at our discretion. 

Once the returned item is received in its original undamaged condition, we will refund the full value of your item (less any delivery costs) within at least 14 working days of us receiving the return of the item. 

The refund will be returned in the same manner in which the original payment was made.

Payments made by credit or debit card will be credited back to the same card used. Payments made by PayPal will be refunded using the PayPal refund system. For items purchased by gift voucher, the refund will be made by a re–issuing the gift voucher to the appropriate value.

Please note that card refunds may take a number of business days for you to receive, from the date we make the refund payment. We have no control over this.

If you have agreed an exchange, we will only refund any difference between the item you return (less delivery costs) and the item exchanged (plus delivery costs).

If you agree to an exchange and any additional money is due from you for the cost of the item to be exchanged and delivery costs, we will send you the exchange item within 3 business days of your payment of the additional amount that is due.
